The principle of the detection is based on RNA probe-target interaction of real viral sequence, by which the result can be revealed and captured within 25 minutes after dropping a clinical sample on the sensor. The overall system comprises three components, sensor platform, in-house hand-held electronic reader and the mobile applications namely C19 Electrical Detector (C19 ED). A novel mechanism for Covid-19 RNA target detection via electrical behaviour through RNA probe and (3-Aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) functionalized Al IDE biosensor. The electrical measurements were performed by using portable in-house IOT based electronic reader, whereby the data can be transferred live to smartphone for display and record. By using this Covid-19 Medical Diagnostic Kit, we can identify the presence of the virus in the saliva or the blood within 25 minutes for 9 samples simultaneously
